Online Orders

All items that are made and available will be shipped out within 1-3 days from when the order has been placed.

Feel free to send an email immediately after you have placed an order you want to cancel or modify. Once an order has been shipped, no changes will be accepted.

If the product you receive has been damaged, please contact me within a week with a photo of the item.

Unfortunately only domestic orders in the US can be fulfilled at this time.
Private Classes and Events

Depending on the event/class, prices will generally range between $65-$125 per person.

You may cancel a private class 3 days in advance for a full refund. 2 days in advance for a 50% refund. No refunds will be made for cancellations made within 24 hours of a scheduled lesson.
Private classes may be rescheduled if contacted 24 hours before a scheduled lesson.

Yes, all supplies required for private classes will be provided.

Depending on the class you take. For one time classes and workshops you will get to choose from a selection of glazes, and your pieces will be glazed for you.

For most workshop pieces, they will require about 2 weeks to be bisque-fired, glazed, and fired again.

Absolutely! You are welcome to bring food, drinks, and alcohol to a private event. Just make sure to give me a heads up if you plan to do so. We also offer non-alcoholic drinks and light refreshments for all classes and workshops.

Kiln Rental

I currently offer Bisque Firing (Cone 04, 1860F), Low-Fire Glaze (Cone 05, 1888F), and Mid-Fire Glaze (Cone 5, 2167F).

Full kiln rentals will have about a 3 day turnaround. All other partial kiln rentals will require 1 week.
Ceramic Care and Use

Yes, all pieces may be used for food and drink, and may be used in the microwave and oven.

It is recommended to hand wash each piece with dish soap.

My studio is located in Monterrey Park. Visits are by appointment only.
